Onboarding

Vendors must submit accurate business, contact, and GST details.

Any external delivery driver should be onboarded under vendor profile.

Commission

Yorder charges a commission per order, as agreed in the vendor contract.

Yorder will not keep any financial data decided between the vendor and delivery driver.

Fulfillment

Vendors are responsible for accepting and preparing orders on time.

Listing Content

Vendors are responsible for listing accurate product descriptions and pricing.

Vendors should promptly handle any delivery driver mapped to them.

The vendor should be transparent with the delivery driver.

Customer Complaints

Vendors must respond promptly to complaints and refunds.

Delisting

Yorder reserves the right to delist vendors for poor service, fraud, or violations.
